To be considered for a sheltered property applicant’s must: • Be over 55 and in need of housing related support • Under 55 with a registered disability or identified support need and in need of housing related support, may be considered. • Be able to live independently, with the provision of housing support, but not need 24-hour care. • Be willing to undergo an initial needs and Risk assessment prior to acceptance • Be willing to actively engage in the support service provided as this is a condition of tenancy.
